- Care recipient information — health conditions, medications, medical contacts, insurance information, and related care data you choose to enter
- Account credentials — username and encrypted password
- Usage data — how you interact with the Service, including tasks created, calendar events, and memory bank entries
- Uploaded files — documents, photos, and other files you choose to upload

- Provide, operate, and maintain the careG Service

- Within your Circle — information you share is visible to caregivers you have invited and granted access to
- Service providers — we use third-party services to operate careG, including Railway (hosting), Twilio (SMS), and Gmail (email notifications). These providers only access your information as necessary to perform their services
- Legal requirements — we may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Railway, located in the United States. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. SMS Communications
careG uses Twilio to send SMS notifications including task assignments and reminders. By providing your phone number and using careG, you consent to receive these messages. 6. Health Information
careG is designed for personal and family caregiving coordination. You may choose to enter health-related information about care recipients. This information is stored securely and shared only within your designated Circles. careG is not a covered entity under HIPAA and does not provide medical advice. Do not use careG as a substitute for professional medical care.
7. Children's Privacy
careG is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at michael@pivit.tech.

You have the right to:
